Passionate about making a positive impact, Imtiaz Malkani, Founder and Chairman of Maison Malmo, took the conscious step to be one of the pioneers in the field of Organic Textiles in 1990, much before it became a fashion statement. Imtiaz Malkani, a knitting technologist by profession, converted his entire manufacturing facility into a certified unit, catering to the needs of conscious buyers wanting to bring about a change for a more sustainable future.

From cellulosic fibers to organic cotton, Maison Malmo has always been in pursuit of developing products from the most sustainable and innovative raw materials. From being one of India’s first exporters of Organic Cotton to currently tying up with India’s largest supplier of Cellulosic Fibers, the product development team has always been ahead of the curve.
Utilizing its network of suppliers across India and the guidance from designers and buyers from around the world, Maison Malmo continues to be at the forefront of supplying retailers with sustainable solutions. Maison Malmo makes conscious efforts to reduce carbon footprints through the usage of varied raw materials such as Bamboo fibers or Fabrics made out of Cornstarch and Recycled PET to promote sustainable living.
