Maison Malmo is a firm believer in “If you take care of your surroundings, it will take care of you.” We don’t only care about the bottom line, but also keep an eye on the business’s impact on the environment and our employees. To keep our employees satisfied we offer them varied facilities such as extended health coverage, retirement benefits, pension plans, vacations to name a few.

Wellness is a State of Being

With over 200+ employees, Maison Malmo has created a safe and respectable working environment for all. It provides them with secure and hygienic working conditions, premium wages, health and safety training. Health coverages, retirement benefits, pension plans and annual bonuses are also extended benefits our employees have access to.

To increase the standard of living and well being of the staff, Maison Malmo initiates annual educational programs, children’s education grants for its employees and blood donation drives. There are a few employees who have been a part of Maison Malmo for over 30 years and continue to work with us even today. That clubbed with less than 2% of employee turnover speaks volumes about the work culture at Maison Malmo.

Learning to Read & Write Changes Lives

Maison Malmo is involved in a wide variety of community development projects and programs from health, education, livelihoods to women-children welfare. We also support children’s education among the low-income sections amongst our employees by contributing funds for scholarships to underprivileged children. We distribute organic cotton satchels in an open school in Mumbai to inculcate a feeling of dignity amongst the children attending the school.
